The Guest Services team has over 35 years of cumulative experience in event planning, conference management, and food service. Together, they work to make events and university operations a success

Bethany’s career in higher education started over 10 years ago as a student Campus Tour Guide. Her love for the role encouraged a pivot in her aspiring interior design career and after graduation, she joined her alma mater’s admission team. Since then, Bethany has had the opportunity to serve teams in student development, communications, recruitment, and guest services.
As part of the Guest Services team, Bethany focuses on online systems, such as 25Live, and special projects.

Rebecca joined the Guest Services team in 2017. Her position has evolved as the departments needs have changed. But, it’s very likely if you call or visit Anderson University she will be your first contact. Rebecca is located in the Welcome Center where you can stop to pick up a guest parking pass or ask for directions to campus locations. A longtime resident of Anderson, she can also provide you with all the local information.
