The cost for reservations varies depending on several factors. If you’re interested in using space for an upcoming meeting, event, or conference, it’s best to complete the University Guest Reservation Request form. From there, Guest Services will elevate the needs and offer a price.
Throughout the year, AU’s campus partner, AVI Food Systems, operates six dining locations: Books and Beans, Chronicles Cafe, Chick-fil-A, Troy’s Food Truck, P Whitty’s Food Truck, and the Culinary Center. Hours during the summer months, May-August, fluctuate depending on the needs of campus. In addition to these venues, AVI offers an extensive catering menu. Contact Guest Services to discuss the best option to meet your needs.
Yes, on occasion, the above mentioned requests are approved if they take place outside of scheduled campus activities and align with the university’s mission. Keep in mind that AU is an alcohol free campus and our facilities are largely dedicated to the campus community, including education and ministry partners.
