Village Basement

Welcome to Village Basement

Village Basement, located in the lower level of Village Hall, provides a comfortable living space for 48 first-year male students. A popular choice among first-year males because of the well-appointed lobby and convenient location, it’s the perfect location for making memories with classmates in the shared lobby space or by hanging out in the rocking chairs in front of the building. The Village Basement offers community-style living with two residents per room. Every room features a loft with a bunk-able bed, mattress, closet, dresser, desk, and desk chair per person.

This hall is a popular choice among first-year males because of the well-appointed lobby and convenient location. The Village Basement offers community-style living with two residents per room.

Residence Directors

Full time, professional live-in staff oversee each residential living area and are responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and robust living learning community in the residence halls.

Resident Advisors

Student Resident Advisors live in every residence hall and serve as a resource and support for students. RA’s intentionally get to know residents, host floor events, and assist in connecting residents to resources around campus.
