Commencement/Graduation - Undergraduate Rain Plan

Undergraduate Students Rain Plan

Saturday, May 6th, 9am

Inclement Weather Plan
If we need to move Saturday’s ceremony indoors due to the threat of inclement weather, we will provide more information with students via AU email. If required, we will move the ceremony to NewSpring church.

  • Each graduate will be able to have four (4) guests in the main sanctuary of the West Auditorium. You must have a ticket to be admitted to this Auditorium.
  • Additional guests will need to go to the East Auditorium. We have overflow capacity for up to one thousand (1000) guests in the East Auditorium on a first come, first serve basis. The event will be livestreamed in this area.
  • As a further convenience, the ceremony will be livestreamed for guests to watch online.
