College Parke
Welcome to College Parke (Doubles & Singles)
College Parke Singles feature a sleek townhome suite-style including four bedrooms/four and a half baths, complete with a full kitchen and living room for relaxing and fellowshipping. Every spacious, individual bedroom features its own private bath.
College Parke Doubles is a sleek townhome style-suite with four double-occupancy bedrooms. The suite features two bathrooms, each shared between two of the bedrooms. Each suite is also complete with a full kitchen and living room for studying, relaxing, and spending time with friends.
College Park West is our newest area of College Park townhome style apartments with three double-occupancy bedrooms in each unit. These units also feature two bathrooms and is complete with a full kitchen and living room.
This gated student community also features a community pool and a lobby space! College Parke is adjacent to the Anderson University Sports Complex on Williamston Road, less than a mile from classes. The Trojan Transit is available to and from campus.

College Parke Doubles and College Park West offer townhome style units with double occupancy bedrooms. Each unit features two bathrooms, complete with a full kitchen and living room for relaxation and fellowship.
Amenities
Wireless internet, on-site parking near each unit, Trojan Transit provides transportation from College Parke to main campus.
Furniture
Bunk-able bed (80W x 36D x 36H), extra-long twin mattress, dresser (30W x 20D x 30H), for each resident; one closet per room. Note that desks are not provided in College Parke.
Bathroom
College Parke Singles – 1 private bathroom for each bedroom & 1 half bath downstairs
College Parke Doubles & West – 1 full bathroom upstairs & 1 full bathroom downstairs
Living Room
Ample space for furniture.
Kitchen
Full kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, cabinets, and microwave.
Laundry
Washer and Dryer in each unit.
Staff
Two live-in Residence Directors, two student Senior Resident Advisor for the Townhomes, and 10 student Resident Advisors.
RESOURCES
Residence Directors
Full time, professional live-in staff oversee each residential living area and are responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and robust living learning community in the residence halls.
Resident Advisors
Student Resident Advisors live in every residence hall and serve as a resource and support for students. RA’s intentionally get to know residents, host floor events, and assist in connecting residents to resources around campus.
Facilities and Maintenance Team
A dedicated facilities and maintenance team serves each living area and residence hall.
