With a variety of room sizes and technology options, Guest Services enjoys finding the perfect space for meetings, events, and retreats. Below is a selection of rooms for your consideration. Please contact Guest Services to discuss your upcoming event.
Meeting Rooms
Gathering spaces that are more intimate in nature. These venues are great for meetings and workshops.
- 8-30 chairs with tables, all mobile for variety
- Equipped with a projector, screen, small speaker and a media wall plate
Large Meeting Rooms
Gathering spaces for meetings that are medium to large in nature. Perfect for community gatherings or monthly meetings.
- 40-75 chairs with tables, all mobile for variety
- Equipped with a projector, screen, class camera for live streaming & podium
Executive Meeting Room
Gathering spaces that are more intimate in nature. These venues are great for meetings and workshops.
- G. Ross Anderson Jr. Student Center
- 8 chairs and large conference table
- Equipped with a large tv and media console in the table for easy connection
Art Gallery
A venue that is perfect for a variety of events. From art and portfolio showcases to artist talks and more.
- Thrift Learning Commons
- 100 with padded chairs or 84 with 5ft round tables and padded chairs
- Equipped with a projector and screen
Banquet Halls
Gathering spaces that are more intimate in nature. These venues are great for meetings and workshops.
- G. Ross Anderson Jr. Student Center
- Can be one room or split into three, with up to 550 chairs or 300 around 6ft round tables
- Equipped with four projectors with screens, podiums, mics, and media wall plate
