Welcome to The Townhomes
The Townhomes offer some of the independence of apartment living paired with the benefits of on-campus housing. The cozy buildings are home to four upperclassmen students of the same gender with two residents in each bedroom. They offer a full kitchen and living room for each unit, plus one and a half bathrooms and two bedrooms. Every room includes a loft with a bunk-able bed, mattress, closet, dresser, desk, and desk chair per person. Spend time with your housemates cooking a meal, playing games in the living room, or hammocking in the nearby trees. The Townhomes are located about a half a mile from the main campus, and are accessible by car or Trojan Transit. They are also located about a half mile from the university Athletic Campus for easy access to sport facilities. Parking is available in front of the individual townhomes and there is an overflow lot nearby.
