College Parke Doubles is a sleek townhome style-suite with four double-occupancy bedrooms. The suite features two bathrooms, each shared between two of the bedrooms. Each suite is also complete with a full kitchen and living room for studying, relaxing, and spending time with friends.
This gated student community also features a community pool and a lobby space! College Parke is adjacent to the Anderson University Sports Complex on Williamston Road, less than a mile from classes. The Trojan Transit is available to and from campus.

Residence Directors
Full time, professional live-in staff oversee each residential living area and are responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and robust living learning community in the residence halls.
Resident Advisors
Student Resident Advisors live in every residence hall and serve as a resource and support for students. RA’s intentionally get to know residents, host floor events, and assist in connecting residents to resources around campus.
